Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers based on real cases and past cohorts

What types of courses do you offer?
We offer short intensive modules and multi-week upskilling paths focused on practical scenarios: leadership in service industries, process improvement for small manufacturers, compliance and quality management, and digital skills for operations. Each module includes at least one real-world case study drawn from Phuket or broader Thai contexts and structured mentor feedback.
Are your courses recognized by local employers?
Courses are designed for direct workplace application and many employers in Phuket and southern Thailand use our case outcomes as part of hiring and promotion discussions. We provide documentation of learning outcomes, case reports and attendance records that employers can review. For formal government accreditation or sector-specific certification, we advise checking individual regulatory requirements.
Do you offer corporate or on-site training?
Yes. We design bespoke corporate programs that replicate an employer's operational environment as scenarios. Typical engagements begin with a scoping session, development of 1–2 tailored case studies, a pilot workshop and a two-week review period where participants apply changes on the job and report observable results.
