Eligibility

To enroll in aeropreneurl courses you must meet the eligibility criteria for the specific course. Some advanced modules require prior qualifications or completion of prerequisite lessons. Eligibility is described on each course page and may include professional background, certifications, or demonstrable experience.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to register for courses offered by aeropreneurl unless a course specifically states otherwise and includes parental consent mechanisms.

All users must use aeropreneurl services lawfully and not engage in activities that infringe the rights of others, promote illegal activity, or interfere with the provision of services.

Courses may be restricted in certain jurisdictions for legal, regulatory, or accreditation reasons. If a course is unavailable in your country, this will be indicated on the course enrollment page.

Account and registration

To access course materials and track progress you may be required to create an account. Provide accurate personal and professional details to ensure correct placement in case-based exercises and to receive certifications.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information. Case scenarios and certificate records rely on submitted details; inaccuracies can affect eligibility for assessments or continuing education credits.

Protect your account by using a strong password and securing access credentials. Notify aeropreneurl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts and course enrollments are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated in a corporate agreement or group enrollment contract.

If your account is compromised, contact support immediately. We will work with you to restore access and contribute activity tied to your account in line with our security procedures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for fraudulent activity, or present security risks. Notifications will be provided where feasible and required by law.

Services provided

aeropreneurl offers continuing professional development courses, short intensive workshops, and scenario-based certifications focused on applied skills. Course descriptions outline learning objectives, case studies used, and assessment methods. Delivery formats include in-person sessions in Phuket and online modules.

We may update course content, schedules, and delivery methods to reflect industry developments and case study relevance. Participants will be informed of material changes that materially affect course outcomes prior to scheduled sessions.

Course availability is subject to minimum enrollment thresholds and instructor schedules. Where a course is canceled or rescheduled, enrolled participants will be offered alternative dates, course credits, or refunds where applicable under the paid services policy.

User rules and conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully, contribute to case discussions in good faith, and follow instructions during practical exercises. The following rules apply:

  • Use of content for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy is prohibited.
  • Sharing of account credentials or access to paid course materials with non-enrolled users is not permitted.
  • Recording or redistributing instructional content without written permission from aeropreneurl is prohibited.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory conduct toward instructors or participants will result in disciplinary action.
  • Deliberate disruption of workshops, simulations, or assessments is grounds for removal.
  • Providing false information during registration or assessments may result in course invalidation.
  • Compliance with local health, safety, and venue rules is required for in-person sessions.

Participant content

Content you submit during courses — such as case analyses, assignments, comments, or recordings — may be used by aeropreneurl to improve training materials and for internal quality assurance tied to scenario development.

You retain ownership of original materials you create and submit, except where a specific course agreement assigns rights for collaborative projects or sponsored research. Any transfer of ownership will be clearly stated in course contracts.

By submitting content you grant aeropreneurl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and adapt the content for educational purposes, training examples, promotional case studies, and quality improvement, always referencing anonymization where appropriate.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights, and that it complies with applicable laws and these terms. Improper content may be removed and could result in disciplinary measures.

If you request removal of your content, aeropreneurl will review and, where legally permissible, remove or anonymize it from public materials. Some records may be retained for administrative, legal, or accreditation purposes.

Intellectual property

All course materials, case studies, templates, and activity provided by aeropreneurl remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Participants are granted a limited license to use materials for personal and organizational learning consistent with these terms.

  • Do not copy or republish course materials for commercial resale.
  • Do not remove proprietary notices, credits, or attribution contained in materials.
  • Seek written permission for derivative works intended for distribution beyond your organization.

Paid services and billing

Certain aeropreneurl courses, certifications, and workshops require payment. Pricing and payment terms are provided on the course enrollment page and in the invoice you receive at purchase.

Course fees cover access to course content, instructor time, assessments where listed, and certification issuance. Fees for in-person workshops may also include venue costs and printed materials where specified.

Payments can be made by the methods indicated at checkout. Enrollment is confirmed after successful payment. For corporate or group enrollments, terms may be set out in a separate agreement.

Some services may be offered on a subscription basis for ongoing access to a library of scenario-based modules. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation rules will be specified at signup.

Refunds are assessed case-by-case. If a course is canceled by aeropreneurl we offer a choice of full refund, credit toward another course, or transfer to a future session. Refunds for individual withdrawal depend on the timing relative to the course start and any non-recoverable third-party costs.

To cancel an enrollment, notify aeropreneurl before the deadline stated on the course page. Cancellations after that deadline may be eligible for partial credit toward a future course, depending on incurred costs and administrative processing.

Applicable taxes or governmental fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be shown where required at checkout.

We may adjust course prices. Price changes do not affect enrollments already confirmed unless explicitly stated in your invoice or enrollment agreement.

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension of access to course materials and forfeiture of enrollment unless alternate arrangements are agreed in writing.

Disclaimer

Course materials and case studies are provided for educational purposes and to develop practical skills through real-world scenarios. While we design materials to be relevant and accurate, outcomes depend on participant effort, prior experience, and context. aeropreneurl does not make claims about specific career outcomes or future gains resulting from course completion.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, aeropreneurl and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, nor for losses resulting from reliance on course content in specific operational contexts. Liability for direct damages will be limited to amounts paid for the specific course or service in question.

Third-party services and accreditation

Some courses involve third-party assessment, accreditation, or platform partners. These partners have separate terms and privacy practices. Where third-party credentials are offered, aeropreneurl facilitates the process but is not the issuer unless explicitly stated.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to services for breaches of these terms, failure to pay, legal requirements, or for safety and security reasons. Participants can end their use by ceasing to access the services and requesting account closure.

Termination may result in loss of access to course materials, certifications in progress, or data associated with your account. We will provide information on data export and retention where required by law.

Privacy and data protection

Our privacy policy explains how aeropreneurl collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information associated with course participation. Data processing supports enrollment, learning analytics, certification, and communications about relevant scenario-based programs.

Communications and notices

Notices to participants may be delivered via email, SMS, or postal mail. Important operational notices (schedule changes, cancellations, certificate availability) will be sent to the contact details on file. Check spam filters and keep contact information current.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes that affect enrolled participants will be communicated in advance when feasible. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to choice of law rules. Disputes will be handled as set out in the Disputes section below, unless an alternative process is mutually agreed in writing.

Dispute resolution

In case of dispute, contact aeropreneurl at the address below to seek informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or proceedings under Thai law. Parties may agree to alternative dispute resolution methods in writing.
